MMA – Mixed Martial Arts

By training in the disciplines we offer: Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Grappling, BJJ and Wrestling, you are pretty much training in Mixed Martial Arts.
Our primary intention is to train martial arts for self defence. However we also focus on competing in the various disciplines.
We have a number of Kickboxers who also grapple and are bordering into transitioning into competitive mixed martial arts (MMA) known as cage fighting,
MMA is a fast growing sport which is made popular by the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) which can be seen on TV.
